- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪i was referred to this office by my primary care physician..dr webb and nurse practitioner ellen speak in west memphis arkansas. singh couldn't get me seen until february of next year but i took the appt. i have a close friend that lives in batesville and is tech support for medical devices. he knows this dr as he is one of his clients. he asked the dr if i could be seen sooner and dr singh said yes. i waited for a phone call that never came and eventually the dr requested that i have my pcp call him to tell him why i needed seen sooner. nobody ever told him it was imperative that i be seen sooner.. it was just a personal favor that he agreed to. i found it very unprofessional how this dr along with his office staff handled this situation. due to lack of proper communication the dr forgot he was doing this favor and ended up just having his staff cance my appointment and left me a voicemail telling me that they decided to cancel it and next availability was several months later. DO NOT USE THIS DR if you can keep from it. i will happily find another!April 23, 2017by Joey Forbus
